Smokin Mo's in Chico
While Smokin Mo's is a Franchise...I still consider it to be a small local restaurant.
If you are looking for inexpensive yet excellent barbeque in Chico, CA, this is a great place to check out.
Located in Downtown Chico at 131 Broadway on the left hand side of the street, as you are headed south (the only way to go on this section of Broadway. You will find a great, small, casual place to pick up the barbeque stylings that have won 13 awards at the San Luis Obispo Rib cook off.
Smokin Mo's sticks to what they do best, and that is BBQ.
A nice variety of SLOW cooked ribs, chicken, burgers and the sides that go best with this kind of food are what you will find here.
You can get a great, inexpensive lunch, a comfortable meal for the family, or enough food to feed a party.
